Children’s Book “Delicious Letters”
Children’s Book “Delicious Letters”
The Credo Bonum Foundation facilitated the creation of the children’s book “Delicious Letters” together with the Sofia Municipality. The initiative is part of Sofia’s participation in the international TriFocal project, which aims to help reduce food waste.
The book is written for children age 4-7 years, telling interesting stories about the eating habits of their peers from other countries. The author of the texts and the idea is the children’s writer Petya Kokudeva, and the illustrations are by the artist Siana Zaharieva.
Seven children from different countries, including Denmark, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Finland, Venezuela and Germany, share in letters interesting facts about local cuisine, culinary traditions and good examples of food utilization.
The Delicious Letters book was presented with an event at the Credo Bonum Gallery, organized by the Sofia Municipality with special guests – kindergarten directors from Sofia.
The book is intended for free distribution by the Sofia Municipality in the municipal kindergartens in Sofia.
